Intermediate II


Intermediate II (or high intermediate) students also need extra support in Spanish taught classes. Most have three semesters of college-level Spanish language or the equivalent. The Intermediate II track challenges students to use their developing language skills in outside courses and experiential learning opportunities while offering options in English.

  • Spanish Language at the Advanced level (required)
  • IES Area Studies in English
  • Regular courses in English and Spanish at the UAB and URL
  • Regular courses in English at the UPF and ESCI
  • Regular courses in Spanish at the UPF and ESCI
  • Estudios Hispanicos in Spanish at UPF and UB
  • Business, Service Learning, Education and Architecture Internship opportunities
