Marc Prat

I studied Economics and, once I finished the degree, I became specialized in Economic History. I am particulary interested in long term growth, economic development and interrelations between economics, politics and social groups. I have spent four years in Florence, in the European University Institute, and now I am finishing my thesis about the commercial structures of the Catalan cotton industry. I like very much talking about politics, reading newspapers and playing theater.

Barcelona is the city where I was born and grew up. Having been four years in Italy I have realised that living abroad is a very good experience and also that Barcelona is changing very fast. I am sure that you will enjoy your time in this city.
