Jordi Gascon

In my youth I got passionate by the History and the cultures of Latin America, and specially of Peru and the Andean area. For that reason I studied Anthropology, and for that reason, once I finished the degree, I went to the Titikaka Lake. There I made fieldwork during five years. This investigation served as a base for my doctoral thesis. When I returned, in 1995, I began to work in the international cooperation, another one of my dreams, that allows me to continue connected directly to Latin America and to participate in exciting projects of development. When work, reading, writing or participation in social movements allows me, I like to stay with my family, play the piano, listen music, travel and enjoy the Catalan and others countries gastronomy.
